The Forte method of teaching is specially designed for teaching and learning music in small groups; each child has a keyboard. In addition to playing alone, the children learn to play together as an ensemble. Children learn keyboard skills, and foundation musical knowledge that prepares them for playing in school bands and orchestras.
Our Early childhood teachers are specially trained in Jungle Music, a delightful course for 6 month to 3 ½ year olds, and Music Is Fun, an introductory keyboard course for 3 ½ to 5 year olds.
Forte methods also provide a sound basis for moving to Private lessons and preparing for Examinations with A.M.E.B or A.B.R.S.M. right up to Diploma level.
Private tuition is available in Piano Flute, Clarinet, Saxophone, Violin, Guitar, Drumming and Voice.
