The Forte method of teaching is specially designed for teaching and learning music in small groups; each child has a keyboard. In addition to playing alone, the children learn to play together as an ensemble. We aim to foster a love of music while developing musicianship skills. Children learn keyboard skills, and foundation musical knowledge that prepares them for playing in school bands and orchestras.

Our Early childhood teachers are specially trained in Jungle Music, a delightful course for 6 month to 3 ½ year olds, and Music Is Fun, an introductory keyboard course for 3 ½ to 5 year olds.

Forte methods also provide a sound basis for moving to Individual music lessons and preparing for Examinations with A.M.E.B or A.B.R.S.M. right up to Diploma level.

Individual music lesson tuition is available in Piano Flute, Clarinet, Saxophone, Violin, Guitar,  Drumming, Brass, Voice.

ForteSchool of Music Eastwood and Parramatta have many qualified and talented music teachers,  and whether you want to learn in our music classes or in an individual music lesson, you can be assured that your teacher knows what they are doing and has the training and ongoing support of our professional organisation.

Forte Eastwood is situated in a conveniently located specialised  facility  in Eastwood which offers a friendly atmosphere and supportive environment.

Forte Parramatta is located at 37 Grose St, with all administration run through Eastwood.
